    No. You should take DD.  DD should be drawn in favour of  "BSNL Chennai Telephones"
2. Whether I need any letter  from my college?
    Yes. 
3. Will you issue a certificate?
    Yes. A BSNL certificate will be  issued.
4. Whether Hostel facilities available?
     No. 
5. What are the other formalities?
    Before taking DD, please consult our Project Coordinator and finalise your project title and get acceptance from your college.

DTTC(District Telecom Training Centre) BSNL is located in East Tambaram.
The distance is about 1 KM from the Tambaram Railway Station.
